Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of https://susamlabs.com. By using the site you accept them. Work we deliver is governed by a separate written engagement agreement; where that agreement and these terms disagree, the engagement agreement wins.

We publish prices, timelines and descriptions in good faith and keep them current. Published prices are indicative starting points for the scope described; the price that binds either party is the one written into a signed engagement agreement. Delivery estimates assume the inputs and access agreed at scoping.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Where we describe systems built for healthcare clients, those systems keep a qualified human in the loop and do not make clinical decisions.

• Fixed price, fixed scope. Each engagement is quoted at a fixed price against a written scope. If we estimate wrongly, we absorb the overrun. If you change scope, we re-quote in writing before doing the work.
• You own the output. On final payment, all intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to you: source code, infrastructure configuration, workflows, prompts and documentation. We retain rights only in our pre-existing tools and general know-how, which we licence to you for use with the deliverables.
• No lock-in. Automations are delivered into infrastructure you control. We do not hold your systems hostage as a hosting dependency.
• Thirty days of support. Included at no charge after launch. What follows is your choice: an optional retainer, or a clean handover.
• Confidentiality. Whatever you show us during an engagement stays between us. We name a client publicly only with their written permission, and we publish a metric about their work only when they have approved that specific figure.

Don't attempt to breach the site's security, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute malware. Our published content may be quoted with attribution and a link; wholesale republication is not permitted.

Our AI tooling may not be used to generate deceptive content, to impersonate a person or organisation, or to produce engagement that misrepresents itself as independent. The channel-management tooling we build operates only against accounts and channels the operator owns or has been authorised by the owner to manage.

The site links to and embeds services operated by others — a scheduling provider, WhatsApp, video hosting, and our clients' own websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their terms, which apply to you separately when you use them.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Liability arising from delivered work is governed by the engagement agreement, which caps it at the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
