Learn AI by building real products.

We run hands-on AI training and internships for engineers who want to move beyond tutorials. Work on live projects, get mentored by senior builders, and ship something you can show.

01

Applied AI fundamentals

No toy examples. We start with the concepts that actually matter in production: prompting, retrieval, agents, evals, and guardrails.

02

Real project immersion

You join an active Susam Labs build — AI agents, n8n automation workflows, voice agents, RAG systems, internal copilots, or full-stack AI products. You ship, not shadow.

03

Senior-led mentorship

Every trainee is paired with an engineer who has shipped AI products before. Code reviews, architecture decisions, and career guidance included.

What you'll leave with

  • Build and deploy a working AI feature end-to-end
  • Understand when to use agents vs. retrieval vs. fine-tuning
  • Write evals and guardrails that survive real users
  • Ship code in a production repo with CI/CD and observability
  • Leave with a portfolio piece and a reference

Who this is for

Software engineers who understand code but want to cross into AI product engineering — prompts, retrieval, agents, and production systems.

Students and recent graduates who have built projects on their own and want structured, real-world experience with senior feedback.

Cohorts are small and selective. We care more about what you've built and how you think than your degree or years of experience.
