Fixed price means fixed price. If we scoped it wrong, that's on us — we absorb the overrun. If you change scope mid-project, we'll re-quote in writing before doing the work.

Do you take equity?

Sometimes. If you're a pre-revenue startup with a strong founding team, we'll consider partial equity in exchange for a discounted rate. Ask us.

Where is Susam Labs based?

The team is in India. Most of our clients are in the US, EU and Singapore. We work overlap hours and async.

What about ongoing maintenance after launch?

Thirty days of post-launch support is included at no charge. After that it's an optional retainer at a discount to project rate — or we hand the system to your team cleanly. Your choice.
